1. Product Selection

2. Why We Do Not Accept Change-of-Mind Returns

As a small, specialist company, we work hard to provide high-quality equipment at the most competitive prices. To keep our costs low for clinicians, we do not operate like large retailers and cannot absorb the cost of change-of-mind returns or ordering errors. For this reason, all equipment purchases are considered final once your order is placed.

3. Returns & Refunds

  • We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect product choice, or ordering mistakes.

  • In line with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA), you are entitled to a remedy if the product is faulty, damaged on arrival, or not as described. In such cases, we will repair, replace, or refund the item.

  • You must notify us within 7 days of delivery if your product arrives damaged or defective.

  • Returned items (if applicable) must be unused and in their original packaging.
